The Phase II project includes the service areas known as Churubusco South and Churubusco West. These two service areas are adjacent to the Town of Churubusco corporate limits. The properties included in this project can be viewed below or by downloading the PDF by

Design of the sewer system for these two service areas is nearly complete and the District is now pursuing grants and a funding commitment for the project. A date for start of construction is not yet established, pending finalization of funding sources. It is anticipated that the earliest potential date for construction would be in late 2024 or 2025. An actual start date will not be set until the District has secured a favorable funding package and project bids are in hand.
